As it was previously announced, Majors left Team Penske at the end of 2021 to join Brad Keselowski at RFK Racing in 2022. This move was motivated by Keselowski's departure from Team Penske for a driver/owner deal at Roush-Fenway Racing, bringing his TJ Majors along with him.
It was announced Wednesday night (12/22/21), that Majors would also be spotting for Brandon Brown at the NASCAR Xfinity Series level. Brown won the rain shortened NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Talladega Superspeedway in October of 2021. For Brandonbilt Motorsports, the addition of a highly experienced spotter, like Majors, could play a key role in the team's ability to score a second victory in the Xfinity Series.
Many know Brown for the now infamous (politicized) "Let's Go Brandon" chant, used as a 'clean' way to insult current U.S. President, Joe Biden. While Brandon Brown's name has been uttered all over the world, Brown has little to zero political involvement, or control of how his name has been used. A second win from Brandon Brown and his family's Brandonbilt Motorsports could solidify Brown's prominence in the series, and allow him to speak his mind.
NEWS: Please join us in welcoming @Tjmajors to Brandonbilt Motorsports for the 2022 @NASCAR_Xfinity Series season as the spotter for @brandonbrown_68!
