Patrick Emerling, Joey Gase form Emerling-Gase Motorsports

    It has just been announced that Joey Gase and Patrick Emerling partnered to form their new Xfinity team, Emerling-Gase Motorsports. The team will be running the No. 35 car full-time and will also be running an additional part-time car. The points earned from running the No. 23 for Our Motorsports last year will be transferred over to the No. 35.

Patrick Emerling said, "It was interesting how this team came about as Joey and I had the same goals of starting a NASCAR Xfinity Series team. We combined our equipment to field a competitive car full-time, and I am very excited to see what the future holds for Emerling-Gase Motorsports."

Joey Gase said, "I am very excited to be teaming up with Patrick for this new adventure. We both share the same vision and goals for the future, and we are both true racers at heart. The other cool thing is that we will be two of the youngest team owners in the sport, but we still have a lot of experience and knowledge to go with that."

The Emerling-Gase Motorsports driver lineup will include Joey Gase, Patrick Emerling, and Shane Lee; others are to be announced at a later date.
