Tyler Reddick is confirmed to return to Richard Childress Racing in 2023

After scoring his first career NASCAR Cup Series victory on Sunday, July 3rd at Road America, Tyler Reddick has been stated to return to Richard Childress Racing for the 2023 racing season. It is likely that a good portion of his current sponsors will return for the next year.

The plan for 2023 was just an option on Reddick's previous contract with the organization, so it is intriguing on why the team would not lock in a good driver for a few more years. So, as it stands, Reddick will be once again a free agent for the 2024 season unless Richard Childress reconsiders the contract for the driver of the No. 8 Chevrolet. I wouldn't be surprised if Reddick is also looking at other options with different teams for beyond 2023, but it is too early to tell.

Tyler Reddick's future looks bright for the next year or so, and it will be interesting to see where he ends up after the 2023 season.
