Team Hezeberg returns to Cup Series for Road America

     In this week’s NASCAR Cup Series entry list it was confirmed that Team Hezeberg will return to NASCAR competition in this weekend’s Cup Series event at Road America, the “Kwik Trip” 250 presented by JOCKEY Made In America.

Joining team Hezeberg in this weekend’s Cup Series events will be none other than Loris Hezemans, a two time champion in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. The Dutch driver has made starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Cup Series where he made his debut earlier this year at Cicuit of the Americas.

Team Hezeberg made it’s NASCAR debut earlier this season in one of auto racing’s crown jewel events, the “Daytona” 500. Despite being an open car, the team managed to qualify for the event, and allowed Canadian racing legend Jacques Villeneuve a starting position for the ‘Great American Race’. Finally very last minute sponsorship came through from Woody’s Wash Shack, and the team was ready to roll.

Team Hezeberg will once again try their hand at prestige as the NASCAR Cup Series rolls into Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin for the “Kwik Trip” 250 Presented by JOCKEY Made In America. Race coverage will begin at 3:00 PM ET on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022 and will be aired live on USA Network.
