Kyle Busch wins the pole at Texas: Starting lineup for the 2022 Cup Series "All-Star Race"

    The "Candy Man" Kyle Busch has placed his No. 18 Toyota Camry on the pole for the 2022 "All-Star Race" at Texas Motor Speedway.

The top-8 drivers who qualified on speed advanced to an "elimination-type" qualifying round including a pit-stop challenge between the crews.

The remainder of the race lineup will be set after the "All-Star Open Race", which will take place tonight on Sunday, May 22nd. Live television coverage for the final qualifying event will begin at 5:30 PM EST on FOX Sports 1.


The main event tonight is the "All-Star Race", which will also air live on FOX Sports 1 beginning at 8:00 PM EST.
