FR8Auctions will lead Front Row Motorsports' back to 1985 with Darlington throwback schemes

    FR8Auctions and Front Row Motorsports have partnered to make not just one, but both of FRM's throwback schemes possible through their sponsorship. Both of the FR8Auctions, Front Row Motorsports cars will be run in the May 9th, "Goodyear” 400 at Darlington Raceway.

Michael McDowell, who won the 2021 Daytona 500, will throwback to a fellow Daytona 500 champion. The scheme will honor Bill Elliott's 1985 Daytona 500 win, the car being the No. 9 Coors-sponsored Ford. (See above image.)

Rookie Anothy Alfredo's thrrowback paint scheme is also honoring a big name. The No. 38 Ford Mustang will carry the colors of Alan Kulwicki's 1985 Hardee's Ford. (See image below.)
