Daniel Suárez gets new Minute Maid ‘Aguas Frescas’ paint scheme for Texas

On Tuesday, September 20th, 2022 Trackhouse Racing revealed a new Minute Maid ‘Aguas Frescas’ paint scheme for Daniel Suárez, set to debut at Texas Motor Speedway during the “Autotrader EchoPark Automotive” 500 Cup Series race.

For the second year in a row, Coca-Cola (the owners of Minute Maid) will fund Daniel Suárez’s racing efforts in the month of September, bringing a special paint scheme to the track in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.

This season the livery that the No. 99 team will tote around track advertises Minute Maid’s Strawberry Mango and Habiscus Juice Beverages, or what is referred to in the paint scheme as Aguas Frescas.

Daniel Suárez comes into Texas Motor Speedway looking for some speed and consistency, vaulting his No. 99 race team through and past the Round-of-12 in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs. Suárez earned himself a seat in the 2022 playoffs, when he scored his first Cup Series victory earlier this season at Sonoma Raceway. Doing so, Daniel Suárez became the first Mexican born race winner in the NASCAR Cup Series, a historical feat.

As the driver of the No. 99 has in past years, Suárez celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month at the track with Hispanic imagery adorning his race car. Last season the No. 99 team sported a Coca-Cola livery at Bristol Motor Speedway, featuring the colors of a Mexican flag. This season Coca-Cola continues to show it’s support, but this time with it’s subsidiary Minute Maid.

Daniel Suárez and the No. 99 team will hit the track this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, at 3:30 PM ET (aired live on USA Network), to compete in the "Autotrader EchoPark Automotive" 500. The team will start in the 10th position, and hope for a day of success.
