Josh Berry pulled his No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro into victory lane for the first time in the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series season, as he scored the win this weekend at Dover Motor Speedway. The win secures his first-ever NASCAR playoff berth, where he will be able to compete for a championship

Polesitter Brandon Jones led the first 30-laps, before Sam Mayer took the Stage 1 points. Mayer would then have a major setback on pit road, when a tire fell off his No. 1 machine under caution at the stage end. He would have re-pit and would restart the race at the end of the 38-car field.

Justin Allgaier would get past Jones during the second stage and would cruise on to win the extra stage points.

In the final stage, Berry took the lead from JR Motorsports teammate Justin Allgaier with 54-laps to go and ran away with the win, despite an untimely caution trying to shake up the field.

Noah Gragson, who finished 4th, took home the final Xfinity "Dash 4 Cash" prize of the 2022 season for his No. 9 JR Motorsports team, giving the organization as a whole a good pay day. Teammate Sam Mayer rounded out the top-5.
