Violet Defense to serve as multi-race partner for RFK Racing in 2022; Races of sponsorship for Keselowski and Buescher

    Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing announced on Tuesday morning (02/01/2022), that Violet Defense will return as a multi-race sponsor for the organization in 2022; the partnership to be shared between their No. 6 and No. 17 NASCAR Cup Series teams. This partnership is a continuation, which began during the 2021 racing season, and under the "Roush-Fenway Racing" banner.

Violet Defense, based out of Orlando Florida, is a germ-killing company, using a patented method that includes UV Radiation to destroy harmful bacteria. The company made its NASCAR debut during the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series "South Point" 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, adorning the No. 17 Ford Mustang of Chris Buescher. They would sponsor Buescher again, this time at Talladega Superspeedway, then would move to sponsor the No. 6 car of Ryan Newman for two races.

After four races of sponsorship during the 2021 Season, Violet Defense will look to expand their partnership of RFK Racing, by adding two primary sponsorship races for the No. 6 car in 2022. Listed below are the races where Violet Defense will sponsor one of the RFK Racing entries through the upcoming season.

1. Clash at L.A. Coliseum (February 6th) - [No. 6 / Brad Keselowski]
2. Auto Club Speedway (February 27th) - [No. 6 / Brad Keselowski]
3. Phoenix Raceway (March 13th) - [No. 6 / Brad Keselowski]
4. Richmond Raceway (April 3rd) - [No. 17 / Chris Buescher]
5. Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course (July 31st) - [No. 17 / Chris Buescher]
6. Homestead-Miami Speedway (October 23rd) - [No. 6 / Brad Keselowski]

The violet-themed paint scheme looks sharp: popping out with contrast from a bright, greenish-yellow color used on the roof number and multiple other outlines on the car. Of course, this is only the Violet Defense scheme for the No. 6 machine, but we could expect something similar for the No. 17 car.
