Cody Ware to Pilot the No. 51 full-time in 2022; Nurtec ODT returns as primary sponsor

    It has been announced that Cody Ware will return behind the wheel of the No. 51 Ford Mustang for the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series, which was basically the last full-time ride for 2022 to have not unveiled the driver until now. Ware, driving for his father's organization, will go into his second full-time season on the NASCAR Cup Series circuit. 

Nurtec ODT will return for its second season of sponsorship for the No. 51 car, even rotating schemes this year between day and night races, as they will be the primary sponsor for the entire seasons schedule. The purple based Nurtec ODT paint scheme will be ran in all of the day races on the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series schedule, while the black based paint scheme will be used in all of the night races.

The purple paint scheme will start of the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series season at the Daytona 500 on February 20th. Live coverage of the "Great American Race" will begin at 2:30 PM EST on FOX.
