Kohler Generators returning to RFK Racing; expected partnership with Keselowski No. 6

Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing
It was revealed Wednesday morning (12/15/21) that Kohler Generators will be returning to RFK Racing in 2022. This piece of information was discovered as RFK Racing arrived at the Next Gen test in Charlotte Motor Speedway with a No. 6 Ford Mustang sporting the Kohler Generators logo, as well as the brand’s blue colors.

With this Next Gen Mustang being adorned by the Kohler Generators branding, the question is posed over who will receive sponsorship from the brand. It seems likely that Brad Keselowski will receive at least some of his sponsorship from Kohler Generators. One of the reasons for this expectation is that Kohler Generators appeared at the Next Gen test on Keselowski’s No. 6 test car, which is not a detail that brings certainly. Additionally, though, Kohler Generators has sponsored Ryan Newman on the No. 6 car while he drove for Roush Fenway Racing. Now that owner driver Brad Keselowski will replace Ryan Newman, it seems likely the Kohler Generators will simply stick with the No. 6 team.

Paint schemes, schedules, and drivers revolving around this Kohler Generators sponsorship are still unknown. It is unclear when more information on this subject will be released, but details can be expected in the coming months (leading up to the 2022 race season).
