Starting lineup for Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway 2021

     The starting lineup for this Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series “FireKeepers Casino” 400 at Michigan International Speedway has been selected. The No. 5 of Kyle Larson will start in the pole position, alongside teammate the No. 9 of Chase Elliott who will start 2nd.

The starting positions were determined by: a driver’s finish in the last race (25%), the owner’s finish in the last race (25%), 2021 owner points (35%), and the driver’s fastest lap ranking in the previous race (15%).
