The move to Roush-Fenway Racing for current Team Penske driver, Brad Keselowski, is looking even more likely with these few points from a FOX Sports article:

It still puts into question, whether Ryan Newman or Chris Buescher will stay with Roush-Fenway with Keselowski, but it appears Buescher's contract is not up this year. So that leaves us to wonder, where will Ryan Newman go? Will he retire or go elsewhere?
Fox Sports’ article also suggests that this is already a done deal, and Keselowski is now officially moving to Roush-Fenway in 2022. While many factors point to Keselowski making the move, this claim can neither be confirmed nor denied as of now.
