Stewart-Haas Racing announced today (5/8/21) that Kevin Harvick will throwback to his 2001, Winston Cup Series debut car.
In 2001, Kevin Harvick would take over the seat of the late Dale Earnhardt, but the car number was changed from the legendary No. 3 to the No. 29. (See image below.)

The color of the car was also changed to white, from the classic black car Earnhardt had driven. Harvick ran the No. 29 for Richard Childress Racing until the end of 2013, when he parted ways and joined Stewart-Haas Racing (where he resides today).
This paint scheme will start on the front row in the "Goodyear” 400 this Sunday, May 9th. Live coverage will begin at 3:30 PM EST, and will be aired on FOX Sports 1.
