Hendrick Motorsports and Napa Auto Parts reveal a new look for Chase Elliott’s Napa #9 Chevrolet Camaro Tuesday afternoon. This paint scheme prominently features the classic Napa Auto Parts logo on the hood of the car, and the royal blue swoops NASCAR fans have gotten used to. The most noticeable difference in this new paint scheme is the addition of medium sized mustard yellow accents along the edge of the car's royal blue swoops. This new paint scheme also features an additional royal blue swoop along the bottom rear of the car.
These renderings of the #9 car clearly display the other sponsorship's of the team, such as Kelly Blue Book, Hooters, UniFirst, and two previously announced but new sponsors Lumar Automotive Film, and Adrenaline Shock Energy Drink. One sponsor's absence is glaringly obvious in comparison to the 2020 #9 Car; Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew, and Pepsi-Co as a whole will not be returning to Hendrick Motorsports in the 2021 season. Adrenaline Shock Energy drink will fill Pepsi-Co's role as a beverage sponsorship.
New paint is mighty fine for No. 9️⃣! 🎨
