For the “M&M’s Fan Appreciation” 400 at Pocono Raceway, fans of the sport will see an all new red, blue and black paint scheme hit the track in what will be Sheetz’s NASCAR debut as a sponsor.
Sheetz is home to Pennsylvania’s town of Altoona, and has served customers in the area for more than 60 years. Unlike all convenience stores, Sheetz puts a heavy focus on customer satisfaction. Throughout the nearly 70 years that Sheetz has been in business, the company has adapted to meet the high standards and busy lifestyles of their customers. Today the company offers a variety of superior measures, one of which is their online order service.
In contrast to an average convenience store, by signing up through their website, Sheetz offers customers the time saving ability to order what they need online. Customers can come into their local Sheetz location to pick up their order, or, with the help of fellow NASCAR sponsor, DoorDash, customers can have their order delivered to their door. Additionally, Sheetz holds stellar deals on everyday products, which has earned the company a positive reputation from their customers.
In a somewhat abnormal manner, Sheetz has developed what some may call a “Cult Following”. In the areas which this chain of convenience stores are located many customers have become fans. Some have even hosted wedding parties within their local Sheetz store.
Above all else, Sheetz has partnered with Richard Childress Racing to expand their grasp on the retail market, and Tyler Reddick stands to gain from it. Due to this partnership fans of Tyler Reddick and NASCAR have now been turned on to Sheetz’s chain of convenience stores, and fans of Sheetz suddenly have a connection to Tyler Reddick.
You can catch this paint scheme hit the track on Sunday, July 24th as NASCAR’s premier series heads to the Pocono mountains at Pocono Raceway. The “M&M’s Fan Appreciation” 400 will be aired live on USA Network. Coverage will begin at 3:00 p.m. ET.
