Jordan Anderson Racing |
Special weekend all around. My grandfather served in the Air Force and fought in WII at Normandy on D-Day. Wish he was here to see this.

He passed away last year and we surprised my dad today with his name on the car.
Thank you to all our military members for what you do. 🙏🏼 pic.twitter.com/75wJ5MvJZA
The paint scheme itself, was designed by Airman Sabatino DiMascio; looking much like the C-47 Skytrain aircraft that would have flown over the skies of Normandy in the early hours of the famed World War II "D-Day Invasion", which took place on June 6th of 1944. It clearly will be to honor all the veterans who served, and the soldiers we lost in that particular military operation.
Jordan Anderson's grandfather, Major Ralph Clifton Anderson, Sr, was one of those who took part in the D-Day Invasion of Normandy, France; definitely giving this paint scheme a special meaning to the Anderson family as well. Ralph Anderson, Sr's name will be placed on the left name rail of the No. 31 Chevrolet Camaro this weekend, in loving memory of him, and his service to our country.
Also, 2022 will be the 75th Anniversary of the creation of the United States Air Force, giving one final salute to former and current service members of the Air Force branch of the U.S. Military.
Myatt Snider will pilot this military-green machine in the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series " Alsco Uniforms" 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday, May 28th. Live television coverage will begin at 1:00 PM EST on FOX Sports 1.
