Justin Allgaier, Hellmann's bringing Dale Earnhardt throwback to 2022 Darlington Xfinity race

    It was announced Tuesday morning (03/29/2022) that Hellmann's Brand of Mayonnaise will join Justin Allgaier and JR Motorsports as the primary sponsor for the No. 7 machine during the 2022 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Darlington Raceway.

Allgaier's No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro will honor the famous colors of Dale Earnhardt's 1984 Wrangler "Jean Machine", dubbing the throwback scheme as the "Mayo Machine". Earnhardt drove a No. 7 Oldsmobile in three NASCAR Busch Series events during the 1984 season, two of which he did not finish the race, while he had a high finish of 3rd at Richmond Raceway, thus being his only finish not behind the wall.

As we are moving closer and closer to the annual Darlington Throwback weekend at none other than Darlington Raceway, there will be more paint schemes that honor great drivers and teams in the NASCAR's history.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Darlington Raceway will take place on Saturday, May 7th. Live television coverage will begin at 1:30 PM EST on FOX Sports 1.
