All I have to say is, that they didn't leave the sport very long, as Chris Rice also said the statement below about the company's original decision to leave the sport. “So maybe one day, we would get them all back and get that group of people back and I know we will. But they’ll come back. It’s just a matter of time.”
Now that we are closing in on the start to the 2022 NASCAR Season, last minute sponsorship announcements and paint schemes are normal to be released at this time. Kaulig Racing posted on their social media, that "Starting at Daytona, Nutrient Ag Solutions would be back, and hungry for trophies".
It’s time to feast.

The post shows the brand on the No. 16 Chevrolet Camaro of AJ Allmendinger, the only Kaulig Racing driver to reach the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship 4 in 2021. For how many races on the No. 16 machine, we don't know, but I wouldn't expect the brand to have as many primary sponsorship races in previous years. They adorned the No. 10 of Jeb Burton 19 times over the course of the 2021 season, the year they decided to "leave" NASCAR.
I would expect Nutrient Ag Solutions to reach victory lane with Allmendinger sometime during the upcoming 2022 season. Whether they stay in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, or leap to sponsor a Kaulig Racing NASCAR Cup Series entry, we will just have to wait and see what happens. Their first race "back" will be the "Beef. It's What's for dinner" 300 at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, February 19th. Live TV coverage will start at 5:00 PM EST on Fox Sports 1.
