It has been announced Monday morning (02/07/22) that Horizon Hobby will be expanding their partnership with Front Row Motorsports (FRM) for the 2022 NASCAR season, bringing their brands to all three FRM drivers in both the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and the Cup Series. Horizon Hobby was a primary sponsor for defending Daytona 500 champion Michael McDowell in the 2021 Cup Series season, with both their main brand and ARRMA.

Based in Champaigne, Illinois, Horizon Hobby, LLC has been in business since 1985, and is a company that carries remote control products and accessories in the greatest qualities possible. From cars and trucks to airplanes and speedboats, Horizon Hobby has something for every remote-control hobbyist out there, and all the parts and extras to boost the fun of driving their RC vehicles.

Horizon Hobby will be No. 34 driver Michael McDowell's primary sponsor for two races in the 2022 season, the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard, to be hosted at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, and also the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway. On top of that, their ARRMA brand will be sponsoring the No. 38 of Zane Smith for the Toyota 200 presented by CK Power at World Wide Technology Raceway, and Horizon Hobby will also have a season-long associate sponsorship with both Zane Smith and Todd Gilliland for 2022.

Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Hobbys Chris Dickerson said, "It's proven the Horizon Hobby, our brands, retailers and customers relate to the NASCAR lifestyle and this year we're increasing our presence with Front Row Motorsports and their drivers. This partnership with Front Row Motorsports allows Horizon Hobby to partner with all their drivers and reach more fans across the sport. Michael [McDowell] has been a great ambassador for us, and we have exciting plans for our ARRMA brand with Zane [Smith]. Our partnership with Todd [Gilliland] allows our retailers to be highlighted and let people know where to buy locally. We're excited to have our program grow and can't wait to see the team succeed this year."

No. 34 NASCAR Cup Series driver Michael McDowell commented, "Horizon Hobby sent my family and I an ARRMA Felony and ARRMA Kraton. I then continued to go to www.horizonhobby.com and purchased an ARRMA Limitless and have been working on it with my family. We just love their products, and it has become a fun family hobby. I can't say enough how cool this partnership is and how great the people are at Horizon Hobby."
