Irish Spring joins Kroger, Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. for 2022 Daytona 500 and Bristol Dirt

    It was revealed Monday afternoon (01/10/2022), that Irish Spring Body Wash will join Kroger as a main sponsor for the No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro at the 2022 "Daytona" 500, adding on to the already slated Bristol Dirt race in April. Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. was previously announced to return to pilot the No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro for JTG Daugherty Racing in 2022.

The two races that were selected by Irish Spring will take place at two tracks where Stenhouse has scored a victory and a runner-up: Daytona International Speedway and Bristol Dirt on Bristol Motors Speedway. Stenhouse won the 2017 "Coke Zero Sugar" 400 at Daytona International Speedway, and most recently finished second in the Inaugural Bristol Dirt race during the 2021 Season.

The mixed Kroger and Irish Spring paint scheme for Stenhouse is very sharp, the Irish Spring green color blending together very well with the potent trademark blue of Kroger. Irish Spring, being the secondary sponsor on the No. 47 ride, will have their logos on the rear quarter panels while primary sponsor Kroger, has their logos adorn the hood.

The 2022 Daytona 500 is right around the corner, taking place on Sunday, February 20th. Also coming up is the NASCAR Cup Series race on Bristol Dirt is scheduled for Sunday, April 17th.
