As first reported by Dustin Long of NBC Sports, Richard Childress Racing driver Tyler Reddick was stated by the team owner himself, that Reddick is under contract with the organization through 2023. Which means that Tyler Reddick will indeed return to pilot the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro for the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Reddick a very hot topic in the NASCAR world, and he is definitely shaking up the competition on the track. So far this season, only 4-race in, Reddick has led 90-laps and has two-consecutive top-10 finishes from the past two weeks. He is obviously in hot pursuit of his first win at this level in NASCAR racing, contending for wins while running a constant top-15 finishing equipment the past two-seasons.

With a NASCAR career has been very successful so far; Scoring back-to-back NASCAR Xfinity Series championships in 2018 and 2019, and a runner-up NASCAR Truck Series championship effort in 2015. Now he is just looking for his first win at the NASCAR Cup Series level.

It would be shocking if RCR decides to NOT resign Tyler Reddick's contract to compete with the team after the 2023 season, as he has definitely brought the organization back toward running for championships in the NASCAR Cup Series.
