The black and orange colors will return to the No. 3 of Austin Dillon for yet another season, the fishing and hunting brand being a huge part of his NASCAR career, including his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship (2012) and a NASCAR Nationwide Series championship (2013). Their NASCAR sponsorship of the RCR No. 3 dates back to 1998, on the famous Chevrolet Monte Carlo of Dale Earnhardt.
Bass Pro Shops is slated to sponsor the No. 3 Camaro for a total of 13 races on the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series schedule, as they will also sponsor the No. 19 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota of Martin Truex, Jr. for 25 races, and NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Noah Gragson's No. 9 Chevrolet for the complete season of 33 races.
The first primary sponsorship race for Bass Pro Shops on the No. 3 car has not been released as of the publication of this article, but with the "Daytona" 500 right around the corner, we will see if Austin Dillon will pilot the Bass Pro Shops scheme there.
Update: This scheme will be run in the 2022 "Daytona" 500. (02/09/2022)
