Starting Lineup for the Cup Series "Federated Auto Parts, Salute to First Responders" 400 (Fall 2021)

  The starting lineup for this Saturday’s NASCAR Cup Series “Federated Auto Parts, Salute to First Responders" 400 at Richmond Raceway has been selected. The No. 5 of Kyle Larson will start in the pole position, alongside the No. 11 of Denny Hamlin who will start 2nd.

The starting positions were determined by: a driver’s finish in the last race (25%), the owner’s finish in the last race (25%), 2021 owner points (35%), and the driver’s fastest lap ranking in the previous race (15%).
