The starting lineup for this Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series “Quaker State” 400 presented by Walmart at Atlanta Motor Speedway has been selected. The No. 9 of Chase Elliott will start in the pole position, alongside the No. 18 of Kyle Busch, who will start 2nd.
The starting positions were determined by: a driver’s finish in the last race (25%), the owner’s finish in the last race (25%), 2021 owner points (35%), and the driver’s fastest lap ranking in the previous race (15%).
